NEGRONI
3 cl gin
1 orange slice
3 cl Campari
3 cl Vermouth
soda water
ice of ice
Preparation
Shake the ingredients gin, Campari, Vermouth Rosso and soda water well in a shaker. Prepare an old-fashioned glass and fill with ice cubes, pour the drink into the glass and stir. Garnish with half an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
NAKED AND FAMOUS
2.5 cl Mezcal
2.5 cl Aperol
another 2.5 cl of Chartreuse yellow
2.5 cl lime juice
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Then strain the mixture twice through a sieve into a pre-chilled glass.
HARVEY WALLBANGER
12 cl orange juice
4 cl vodka
1 orange slice
2 cl Galliano liqueur
ice of ice
Preparation
Fill ice cubes into a tall tumbler glass first. Then add the vodka and orange juice and mix well. Finally, pour the Galliano liqueur over the top. The glass can then be garnished with a slice of orange.
MOJITO
50 ml Bacardi Rum
25 ml lime juice
10 mint leaves
2 tsp white sugar
25 ml cool soda water
Crushed ice or cubes
Preparation
Place the Bacardi, lime juice, soda and sugar in a glass. Add the mint and gently stir with a stick to release the aroma of the mint. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir carefully. Afterwards, the glass can be garnished with a fresh sprig of mint.
ADIOS, MOTHERFUCKER
1.5 cl vodka
1.5 cl brown rum
6 cl lemonade
1.5 cl tequila
1.5 cl gin
6 cl lemonade
1.5 cl curaçao

Preparation
Fill a highball glass with some ice cubes. Then pour all the spirits into the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with the lemonade and stir lightly!

PURPLE RAIN
4 cl Blue Curaçao
4 cl vodka
40 cl lemonade
4 cl grenadine
4 tbsp lemon juice
ice cubes
Preparation
Pour the blue curaçao, vodka, grenadine syrup and lemon juice into a shaker, add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Top up the cocktail with the lemonade and add ice if required. Cheers!
